Store Development Manager-Construction Quality Control

Responsibilities:

Audit quantity and quality of completed projects
Check to verify store construction and layout plans
Check the correct air condition tonnage
Check on specifications of building materials and new store fixturisation
Check the safety of store structure e.g. fascia, external fixture or structural extension
Perform QC on fixtures during production according to established specifications
Develop and establish construction audit processes
Collate results and findings in a report format on each case and write an overall assessment of the project.

Requirements:

University graduate with major in construction
Some auditing experience
Good knowledge on building materials, electrical or air condition works
At least 5 years experience in the related field
Person of great integrity and commitment
Willing to travel and work long hours when needed
