Job purpose:
岗位目标协助研究经理/研究总监完成项目, 并在研究方案的指导下操作小型项目
工作关系内部：
协助经理级以上的同事，DC，QC的督导,DP和DE讨论和解决问题。
外部：在助理研究经理或以上级别同事的指导下，为了项目的执行和质量控制，和客户沟通。
工作职责 Key responsibilities and accountabilities::
与项目经理一同参加客户的项目简报会
1 负责与客户交流项目执行，参与客户的项目描述
2 独立准备小项目的项目计划书/项目报价, 在研究方针的指导下协助完成大项目的计划书
3 独立设计内部计划书, 甑别问卷, 访问大纲和报告格式设计准备
4 全权负责项目的内部培训、项目实施控制
5 独立或协助访问执行, 项目运作现场的辅助工作
6 整理访问笔录(CONTENT ANALYSIS)
7 独立撰写结果小结
8 独立撰写主要发现
9 在研究经理/研究总监的指导下协助完成结论部分
10 协助报告/提案的整理工作
任职资格与要求 Qualification：
1 大学本科以上 日语专业优先
2 3年以上市场研究领域定量经验；至少1年以上汽车及相关行业服务经验
3 具备市场学和统计学知识
4 对于市场研究和研究方法有所了解或实践(包括定量方面)
5 优秀的中英文书写与口头表达能力
7 优秀的人际交流和沟通能力
8 熟练的计算机技能, 尤其是PPT
9 良好的时间、项目管理能力
10良好的问题解决能力
11 开朗，积极，有创造力并且坚韧
12 可以接受长期加班及出差工作，能够承受压力
13 可靠，细心，能及时完成任务
