工作职责:
？ Collect, analyze and provide needed HR information and data to support management decisions;收集、分析并提供必要的人力资源信息和数据，以支持管理层的决策；
？ Develop and execute staffing plan aligned with business objectives by working with line managers;与部门经理一起制定并执行员工计划，以符合业务目标；
？ Manage Internet/Intranet job posting, screen CV and coordinate interviews to ensure the smooth interview process;管理网上招聘信息，筛选简历，协调面试，确保面试顺利进行；
？ Facilitate new hires on boarding process and leaver off boarding process;协助新员工入职和离职员工离岗；
？ To follow up responsible area employee training execution together with Line Manager if needed;如有需要，与直线经理一起跟踪负责区域员工的培训执行情况；
？ Organize regular staff activities for responsible areas;定期组织所负责相关部门的员工活动；
？ Improve internal communication in responsible areas;改善所负责相关部门的内部沟通；
？ Update monthly HR reports timely as requested;根据要求及时更新月度人力资源报告；
？ Participate in HR related project that assigned by HR Director.参与人力资源负责人指派的人力资源相关项目。
任职资格:
？ Bachelor degree and above;本科及以上学历；
？ Minimum 3 years HR experience with multinational company knowledge & skills in HRBP/COE role;至少3年跨国公司人力资源经验，具备HRBP/COE职位的知识和技能；
？ Analytical thinking with data sensitivity;具有数据敏感性的分析思维；
？ Strong biz acumen and communication skill;较强的商业头脑和沟通技巧；
？ High degree of professionalism, maturity and confidentiality;高度的专业性、成熟度和保密性；
？ Project Management and Change Management Skill.项目管理和变更管理技能。
