岗位职责：
Digital Architecture Manager is responsible for planning, building and operating the entire digital architecture (digital platforms and services) of Genesis in China to offer seamless customer experience

' 1. Planning China-specific digital architecture in conjunction based on global digital architecture
- Optimal digital platform and service planning considering the digital use behavior of Chinese consumers
(e.g. China specific digital platform based on WeChat)
2. The role of clarifyting the needs of business departments, and transforming them into digital processes
- Not only management of digital system, but also supporting to design digital business processes
3. Projects for digital platforms management (Schedule, Cost negotiation, Project Team Design, etc...)
- As a project manager, he/she have to handle entire process of project


- Have high interest and knowledge in digital platforms and services, especially in China specific digital plaforms
- Strong ownership and responsibility for his/her work
- Supportive attitude and capability to efficiently communicate with other people
- Attitude to pre-plan and make suggestions without being passive
- Challenging and achievement oriented attitude (Avoid self-centerd and defensive attitudes)

任职要求：
'- Bachelor's degree (major in statistics or computer science)
- Manager-level title with more than 5 years’ experiences in planning and managing digital business
- Preferred to experience in the consulting for digital business of automotive industry

'- Familiar with SalesForce platform
- Ability of planning and scheduling projects
- Strong ability to create and present reporting documents (PPT, excel, word ...)
- Strong communication skills; both verbal and written
- Ability to work on multiple tasks and set priorities
