We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team.

In this role, you will

• ?We are looking for a Business Analyst, onshore in China, to perform the following tasks, as part of the GPB Asia Wealth China Onshore Project
• Customer Experience - support the creation of the end to end customer journey (online to offline, 'moments of truth' etc.)
• We would like this resource to look at all aspects of Customer experience, which would cut across all streams / end to end from the on-boarding process onwards.
• Marketing - Support creation of the marketing plan, branding approach, associated content and event schedule (working very closely with the Head of Marketing based in Hong Kong).
• Local experience would be key, as there will be different expectations compared to HK and Singapore.

Qualifications

To be successful in the role, you should meet the following requirements

• CORE SKILLS / TECHNICAL REQUIREMENT / EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
• Minimum of 4 years' working experience in Business Analysis, distribution model definition and implementation, Organiational structure and 'people' related activities. Customer Journey Design, Product Analysis, Requirement Analysis & Gathering, Technical design, and Data modelling are also essential. Advantage if have previous experience in the digital banking space
• Excellent in written and spoken English, and can communicate comfortably in full English and Mandarin environments.
• Strong domain knowledge and experience working in banking and information technology, particularly around trade order / execution activities, as well as Digital applications and services
• Agile project delivery experience

Soft skills

• Strong analytical capabilities and learning ability, can quickly adapt to deal with new disciplines/projects and dig deeper into relevant business and IT knowledge
• Strong communication skills for navigating through business requirements, ability to involve others in discussions of alternatives, asking for their suggestions and steering them to a mutually acceptable position
• Multitasking – Feeling comfortable to manage multiple projects at any time
• Able to work proactively and under pressure against multiple deadlines.
