Global Liquidity and Cash Management (GLCM)

HSBC is recognised as one of the top tier providers of Global Liquidity and Cash Management services in the Asia-Pacific region. We are currently seeking an experienced profession?al to join our team.

In this role, you will

The location could be Beijing or Central Region.
- Responsible for marketing domestic and regional cash management solutions to the Bank's Commercial Banking client base.
- Contributing as a senior individual sales manager, or potentially as the leader of the sales team.
- Gain market share by proactively targeting and winning business from new clients and penetrating further into existing clients.
- Respond to, and satisfy customer needs in a timely and professional manner.
- Understand market needs, identify potential opportunities and proactively participate in marketing and the product development cycle.
- Ensure a smooth transition of cash management wins from sales to Implementation and the successful on-boarding of new business.
- Promote HSBC's GLCM capabilities internally and externally in order to improve awareness of the GLCM business and to improve and generate business development opportunities.
- Maintain HSBC's internal control standards.
- Implement and observe Group Compliance Policy.
- Maintain awareness of operational risk and minimize the likelihood of its occurring.

Qualifications

To be successful in the role, you should meet the following requirements

- Bachelor degree holder or above;

- Minimum 8 years' related RM or cash sales experiences with tracked performance;

- Solid knowledge and market intelligence on cash management business including services, products and technology, etc.

- Proven ability in identifying and meeting customer needs through matching a broad range of products and services;

- Ability to understand customer business and the fundamentals of running a business;

- Good level of business acumen and commercial awareness, including economic, cultural and regulatory environment;

- Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to interact and build relationships with internal and external stakeholders;

- Good command of Microsoft Office Products including Excel, PPT and Word, etc.

- Excellent communication/presentation skills in both English and Chinese.
