The KYC Outreach Analyst team works with Relationship Managers to support them in their client facing activities.

The KYC Outreach Analyst may analyze client and market data, create presentation material and facilitate interactions with existing clients. 

The Analyst may be involved in liaising and support the client in account related activities through their strong understanding of the roles, responsibilities and processes that are pertinent to the client’s interaction with the Bank. In addition, Sales Coverage

Support work to ensure adherence to applicable internal policies and external legal/regulatory frameworks. Working relationships with origination, trading, client services, operations staff to both gather information and direct client enquiries the most appropriate point to effectively resolve issues.

Main Responsibilities:

Collect and review static information regarding Client's profile by conducting company research from both internal and external sources to meet regulatory requirements. 

Give each client an adequate risk profile and ensure that due diligence is carried out against the risk rating and assure that any restrictions, negative activities or media are correctly identified, evaluated and the risk rating of the client is eventually accommodated to reflect the AML risks that would impact the relationship.

Generate reports covering the findings of these analyses and meet with relationship managers, client onboarding and AFC staff to review the findings.

Qualification requirements:

-Excellent analytical skills on existing policies and procedures relating to new customer research and account analysis to ensure compliance to group policies.

- Very good English language skills (written and spoken)

- Strong verbal and written communications skills

- Above average decision making, time management and organizational skills

- Detail-oriented multi tasker who can work with little supervision

- Good academic qualifications

- Good excel knowledge

- Ability to work well under pressure and tight times frames

1.Fluency in both written/oral English/Mandarin 

2. At least 2-3 years of working experience in client servicing role in a bank/FI (KYC experience will be bonus)

3. Preferable if immediately available for onboarding
