HSBC Global Asset Management, the core investment business of the HSBC Group, and is a leader in emerging markets funds. HSBC Global Asset Management fulfils its purpose of connecting these customers with investment opportunities through an international network of offices in approximately 30 countries, delivering global capabilities with local market insight.

?? Support Head of Regulatory Compliance to reduce compliance risks during company's operation, management, and the operation of asset management products through active compliance control and monitoring measures.
? Support Head of Regulatory Compliance to prevent regulatory & legal risks and contract risks through contract review and professional legal process.
? Support Head of Regulatory Compliance in improving the compliance awareness and control level of all departments and employees of the company through continuous and effective compliance education and legal training, so as to standardize the company's operation, management, and operation of asset management products, thus protect the legitimate rights and interests of shareholders and holders of asset management products.

Qualifications

To be successful in the role, you should meet the following requirements

?? At least 5 years of industry experience in Compliance function.
? Abreast of latest financial regulatory requirements/trends and anticipative of impacts to the business
? A Bachelor’s degree or higher is required. 
? Fluent in spoken and written English and Mandarin.
