?Responsible for the commercial strategy according to the business goals. Workflow and monitoring points setting for ensuring business goals are achieved.

?Participate and support related business planning process and budget process in alignment with SP China’s strategic plan

?Support deployment plan on resource allocation and tracking implementation in commercial team.

?Support commercial team planning and daily operation to response for tracking & forecasting business data, perform detailed analysis, and generate sales analysis reports for business performance reviews

?Assist strategy manager in managing projects, monitor and track progress to ensure timely follow up / implementation

?Participate in cross function projects and collaborations

?Analyze business data to interpret business reports, trends and provide recommendation deem appropriate

?Other ad-hoc tasks assigned upon request

REQUIREMENTS

?Bachelor degree or above. At least 2 years relative experience in MNC

?Fluent in English (oral and written)

?Illustrate business case clearly in Data and Chart

?Excellent business analytical & problem solving skills

?Excellent skills of MS Office especially Excel and PPT requested;Database management is a plus

?Good interpersonal & communication skills, able to work across functions

?Able to manage multi-tasking and deadline simultaneously
