HR Reporting&controlling

The role of HR Reporting&controlling is to support the HRBP in monitoring of the HR data at Division level, in accordance with the Group’s Human Resources policies and procedures.

Content of the job:

• Ensure a good HR reporting accuracy at division level. Indicate and alert any issue/problem internally in time during the whole progress and provide your support initiatively;

Support HR BP in monthly HC Management as HRIS in reporting process. Cooperate with the HRIS from the Eurppean Business Group level to Division site level to better boost HC forecast to target at Division level;

Provide system management and deliver controlling process. Maintain the routine tracking work in HR and keep finding optimized opportunities to be more excellent

Work closely with plant HR colleagues to collect&consolidate related information&Data for further analysis. Lagically permute and cambine different phases/period of data to provide the solid situation feedback.

Qualifitcation

• Data analyse oriented
• Results oriented with written English skills
• Able to work under the intensive pressure and willing to proactively take challenges to growth
• One-year experience in HR
