DSM-QA Officer

.Job Content工作内容：

a)Key Areas of Accountability/Responsibility主要职责/责任

SHE and security responsibility

Knowing requirements了解要求

Active participation all SHE and security trainings to gain knowledge and improve awareness积极参与所有安全和安保的培训，以获取知识和提高认识

Following the SHE/security requirements and report if not clear严格执行公司的各项安全和安保制度，如果有不清楚的地方进行汇报

Report accident/incident/near miss timely/unsecure situations and security incidents .

及时报告事故/事件/未遂事件/不安全的情况和安保事故

Execute SHE/occupational health procedure/emergency evacuation procedure of company执行的安全健康环保/职业卫生的程序/应急程序

Wear PPE as requirements .

按岗位要求正确佩戴PPE

Participate， support and/or conduct

1.Client audit preparation and CAPAs' followup；

2.Daily operation of Deviation/OOS management and MOC for assigned products， and CAP A‘s followup；

3.Customer complaint investigations；

4.Related quality license renew；

5.Deviation reports EN CR investigation reports and root cause analysis；

Document control centre (DCC) work；

Give training to shopfloor staff (i.e.GMP， SOPetc) ；

8.Certification and statement preparation of (i.e. Allergen， Residual Solvents etc.) ；

9.Work with global RAte am for registration dossiers ' preparation and reviewing；

10. Participate operational team meetings in support of operations；

11. Product stability testing programs；

12.HACCP study report review；

13. Annual product quality review .

Required level of experiences所需的工作经验·

• Knowledge of and experience in own discipline ：

-Specialization in GMP and QA

-At least 2 years experiences in QA of APl industry， involvement in GMP，GDP，DI，CAPA，RCA and so on.

-Familiar with Root cause analysis for deviation and OOS management

-Experienced in Quality Risk Management

-Knowledge about Validation a Qualification

• Knowledge and experience in other relevant discipline：

-Knowledge of chemical process and pharmaceutical registration are preferred

• Managerial and social knowledge and experience

-Good communication and social skills

-Fluent in English(written and oral)
