Job Output:

Key Process (Ownership/Participation):

• Process payments to internal and external customers in a timely manner;
• Maintains sufficient &accurate petty cash on hand;
• Examines cash related receipts for accuracy and completeness;
• Record all cash transaction in an accurate and timely manner
• Reviews and reconciles bank and account statements and compiles information for accounting and financial forms and documents;
• Reconciliation of actual cash and bank balances with accounting records;
• Notification and follow-up of inter-company payment requests;
• Creates or generates related reports for requested information;
• Provides requested information to auditors within scope of authority;
• Provides back-up support to other accounting members

• Reports to: Tax and Treasury Manager
• Supervises: 0

Education & Work Experience:

1-2 years working experience

Accounting Education Background with bachelor degree

Solid skill in Excel, PPT, etc

Good command in English, both oral and writing

ERP experience
