Duties and Responsibilities

  

1. Keep sufficient pipeline for new store.

2. Ensure the good performance on the KPI of new store including new store count, sales, SOP, store week, est.

3. Observe the rule of development policy and procedure.

4. Cooperate with SD team to support new store opening.

5. Manage the reasonable relationship with landlord
   

  

Personal Qualities&Qualifications

  

• At least 0-1 years’ work experience in property sector.

• Data and Information Management, proficiency in both spoken and written English

• Preferable with Operations and Construction work experience.

• Strong execution, passion for analysis, initiative to sort issues and excellent communicator
