JD:
? The engineer must be a team player and work with other members of the IFM team to meet all key performance indicators as set out in the management contract.
? Responsible for AE PD&E facility and equipment related activities. This includes to maintain lab facility, help with PRs and POs that are related to PD&E needs, and lead or coordinate PD&E equipment installation, lab related renovation or new construction projects.
? Responsible for chemical/equipment PR/PO, logistics coordination, including customs process coordination and so on.
? Ensure compliance with JLL and Henkel audit standards.
? Technical support for all Henkel AE site in China Shanghai.
? To complete other works assigned by line manager.

General requirement:
? 须全日制大学本科学历，暖通专业（HVAC）；Must be full time bachelor’s degree in HVAC
? 须3年及以上相关工作经验；Must at least 3 years of HVAC relevant working experience.
? 必须具备暖通专业能力，能审图，即看懂空调暖通图纸，并提出自己的建议和意见；Must have HVAC professional ability, be able to review drawings, that is, understand HVAC drawings, and put forward their own suggestions and opinions.
? 必须有项目建设/改造经验，有设备设施维护经验为佳；Must have experience in project construction / transformation. And experience in equipment and facilities maintenance is preferred.
? 有积极主动的工作态度和学习态度，能按要求完成交给的工作任务；Have active working attitude and learning attitude and be able to complete the assigned tasks as required.
? 良好的沟通能力；Good communication skills.
? 良好的团队合作能力；Good teamwork ability.
? 须能熟练使用office软件，如word, excel, PPT等，能看懂CAD图纸; Must be able to use office software, such as word, Excel, PPT, etc., and understand CAD drawings.
? 须能熟练使用Auto CAD软件；Must be able to use Auto CAD software skillfully.
? 良好的英文阅读能力为佳。Good English reading ability is preferred.
