Wealth and Personal Banking (WPB)

Wealth and Personal Banking is our new global business combining Retail Banking and Wealth Management; and Global Private Banking, to become one of the world’s largest global wealth managers with USD1.4 trillion in assets. Our dedicated colleagues serve millions of customers worldwide across the entire spectrum of private wealth, ranging from personal banking for individuals and families, through to business owners, investors and ultra-high-net-worth individuals. We provide products and services such as bank accounts, credit cards, personal loans and mortgages, as well as asset management, insurance, wealth management and private banking, that best suit our customers’ needs.

We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team.

In this role, you will

?-To file the department related documents in a systematic order 

-To assist the executive to update Business Recovery Plan and other paper works 

-To handle incoming and outgoing correspondences and the document transfer between RBWM and other departments, send out facsimiles and distribute incoming ones in order 

-To attend to the incoming telephone calls to customers' satisfaction 

-To prepare the buy-smart order for RBWM, take charge of what received and deliver to related person. 

-To handle ITT for counter 

-To prepare daily and monthly reports for supervisor's checking, and forward to FCD, AOC or SAFE 

-To have a strong sense and skills to proactively refer potential customers to Customer Relationship Officer or Manager to support promotion strategies. 

-Deliver fair outcomes for our customers and ensure own conduct maintains the orderly and transparent operation of financial markets

Qualifications

To be successful in the role, you should meet the following requirements

????-Bachelor degree holder (recognized by the state) 

-General understanding of BKG Operations and retail products. 

-Understanding of local rules and regulations. 

-Good communication skills with internal/external customers 

-Self-disciplined, motivated and well-organized; 

-Acceptable verbal and writing English.
