We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team.

In this role, you will

-Provide response to queries within agreed SLA, ensuring all queries are logged onto Qtrac,

-Ensure smooth client take-on experience, manage client expectations against KPI's, seek continued year on year improvement on client service KPIs and client feedback

-Deliver high quality service to clients on daily basis, operate as the face of the organization to clients with respect to our overall service delivery, engage with operation teams to enhance service delivery quality.

-To ensure MI and query management tools are utilized effectively to drive both internal and external service and process improvements

-Ensure the effective implementation of service improvement initiatives on an ongoing basis in response to clients' needs

-Assist in seeking continued year on year improvement on client service KPIs and client feedback

-Retention and protection of existing client base and income, develop a comprehensive understanding of clients and assist to identify business development and growth opportunities for client base.

-Assist in the development of cross sell strategy and arrange product presentation for clients.

-Ensure that HSS global custody develops and consistently maintains a premier quality reputation internally and externally in respect of all Client Service functions, progress to be measured through industry sources and surveys

-Enhance/build upon relationships with all key stakeholders, including client, operation, and product manager to ensure service delivery to client satisfaction.

-Coordinate HSS projects through to completion.

-Maintain and keep appropriate record of client documents and procedures

Qualifications

To be successful in the role, you should meet the following requirements

-A post-graduate diploma or degree in any discipline.

-Possess relevant securities services and global custody background and knowledge, at least 6-7 years of securities services experience.

-Excellent knowledge of global custody business and securities services industry.

-Ability to work in a pressurized environment and manage priorities effectively.

-Ability to apply innovative solutions to client demands.

-Ability to multi-task with minimal supervision.

-Excellent communication skills.

-Excellent time management skills.

-Team player with good influencing and negotiating skills.

-Sound understanding of controls, risk management and mitigation techniques.

-Self-motivated, enthusiastic and proven fast learning capabilities.
