责任:

检查化学品的关税和所有进出口相关费用

通过CTM准备、检查和维护出口单据，如发票、装箱单、提单和其他装运单据

控制注册流程和海关发票

办理进出口货物的清关手续。联系海关人员和进出口公司，迅速解决问题，缩短清关时间，减少进出口费用

与货运代理、港口货运站等保持良好的关系

监控每一次进口货物的整个操作过程，并在公告牌上发布最新信息

登记每批货物的详细资料，例如抵港日期、征款日期、已发生的费用、所涵盖的订购单

为进出口范围内的销售提供信息服务

与财务部门合作，确定进出口货物的付款方式和制度，并提供必要的单据，以便付款

协助销售和进口部门申请进口许可证

与日常工作相关的其他职责

Responsibility:

Checks duties and all import and export related fees to be paid on chemical

Prepares, examines and maintains export doc such as invoices, packing lists, bills of lading and other shipping statements via CTM

Controls registration process and customs invoice

Handles the Customs clearance of import and export shipments. Contacts customs officers and import export companies to resolve problems quickly so that the time for customs clearance can be shortened and expenses in import and export processes can be cut down

Maintains relationships with shipping forwarders, port cargoes stations ,etc

Monitors each import shipment's whole operation process and distributes the latest information on billboard

Registers each shipment's detailed information, such as arriving date, levy out date, fees occurred, purchase orders covered

Provides information service to sales within the scope of import and export

Cooperate with finance department to determine the methods and systems of paying for exported and imported goods and provides them with necessary docs to enable the payments

Assist sales and import department in applying for import license

Other duty related to the daily operation
