职位描述

Key individual accountabilities

Focus on Business related project and GIS (Global Infrastructure Services) Transversal project for China to ensure the project is coordinated and delivered to meet business needs.

Provide reporting consolidation, vendor management coordination, and process key user representative. ? Insure coordination across all sub-teams into GIS RSD team.

Direct and manage the project, managing milestones and deliverables as well as reporting for each of the individual projects

Manage the Projects budget, monitoring the expenditures and costs against delivered and realized benefits.

Provide transparent and effective communication to the business functions and project team. Provide resource, budgetary and service level support information to GIS to make effective decisions.

Define and maintain SOPs and quality standards and relevant project documents

Develop resource plans and coordinate all internal and external resources assigned to the project delivery effort for assigned projects

Work with each member of the GIS RSD team in the formulation of milestone planning, reporting, issues, risks and success.

Key Shared Accountabilities

Provide data to run team to maintain/update knowledge base development and maintenance

ate, monitor and improve the performance & competitiveness of GIS performance Parameters for Success – Key Metrics

KPI’s for performance follow-up (budget / resources actual vs. planned, time to deliver and quality of the deliverables)

Formal Education And Experience Required:

Bachelor degree or above in Computer Science, or related business discipline (or respectively longer work experience) ITIL Version 3 Foundations Project Management certification is the MUST, PRINCE2 is preferred

5+ years’ experience in IT project management

5+ years’ experience in Service delivery / Infrastructure client technologies
