Job Description

She/He will be passionate about effective communication and have a proven ability to coordinate messages to multiple audiences through a series of print and various channels.

This role will be responsible for sourcing, planning, and should work tirelessly to measure the effectiveness of various tactics in order to make continual improvements to the marcom mix.

Responsibility

l Work with design teams, and other cross-functional teams to develop messaging for various customer audiences.

l Drive content strategy and planning with cross-channel teams and track metrics and market trends to help produce the most effective materials.

l These Marcom plans include traditional and non-traditional/social communication channels. Regulate internal and external activities, such as logistics, site setting, material production, docking, etc.

l Manage distribution of sales collateral, product guides, and various event materials worldwide.

l Under line activities, comply with company standards, including the company logo design system, writing style guide, and other applicable guidelines.

l Attends (as assigned) and assists with the on-site duties of trade shows, meetings, conferences and other events.

l Work closely with Global branding team to work out China branding campaign to enhance portfolio branding awareness.

l Act as an “agency account” working with cross-functional internal and sometimes external teams

Qualifications

l 3+ years’ experience in a marketing role or related experience planning and/or driving B2B content and asset development

l Understanding of demand gen, content and marketing communications best practices

l Ability to self-manage, learn and adapt quickly in a changing environment

l Collaborative and Strong communication, presentation and writing skills

l Detail oriented and skilled at managing to deadlines
