This role is working for FESCO Adecco onsite at the Top Sport Client.

FESCO Adecco handles the end to end recruitment service covering all temporary and contract hires.

Your job description will mainly cover the following responsibilities:

Serve as the primary client relationship owner for this customer, which includes preparing for, participating in, and the regularly leading recruitment status and hiring strategy, meetings with all of the site leadership.

Serving as primary liaison between hiring teams and clients in the interview process.

Manage recruitment process which requires skills in active listening, negotiation, follow through and creativity.

Bachelor Degree with at least 1-2 years of recruitment experience in a fast–paced environment.

Fluency in both English and Chinese

Strong communication skills particularly dealing with senior stakeholders

Excellent problem solving, communication, organizational and negotiation skills.
