Assistant Branch Security Manager, Shanghai HSBC China -（职位编号：0000DO0H）

In this role, you will:1.By ongoing liaison and contact with internal & external business counterparts, including but not limited to, the police, suppliers, contractors, external aides and counterparts in the industry externally and internally, branch management, all Branch Security officers (BSOs) and others.
2.By closely working with all BSOs to implement regulatory and internal requirements with CRE Protective Security team and CNQ BCIM team guidanc
3.By supporting on security risk awareness training related matters, such as sharing, briefing and training to branch staff on PSR related matters, security alert and BCM related matters
4.By working with GPU and following Procurement process to ensure security contracts of all branches are properly mitigate
5.Vendor payment verification, ensuring the maintenance quality and each claim is proper mana
6.By timely report and providing assistance to branches and work with CRE Protective Security in dealing with incidents in all branches
7.By coordinating Business Impact Analysis (BIA) for all branches on the impact assessment, dependency and risk assessmen
8.By developing the Business Continuity plan (BCP) for different interruption scenarios and response detail
9.By arranging BCM drill and by organizing BMIG meeting to verify the effectiveness and robustness of BC Plans
10.By conducting regular security operation check to branch outlets, including but not limited to, clear desk inspection record, arming and disarming record, weekly recording checking record, CRE PS team required training record, bomb/anti-robbery drill and desktop drill recor
11.By checking findings rectification and rectification reports completion.
12.Maintain and ensure due observation of HSBC Internal Control Standards, including the timely implementation of recommendations made by internal/external auditors and external regulators. Ensure awareness of compliance requirements and implementation of Group Compliance Policy.

? University (BA) or (BS) bove
? Five to ten years working experience
? Demonstrable relevant working experience an advantage
? Certified security professional accreditation an advantage
? Capable of taking initiative and working independently to complete assigned tasks
? Capable of managing security costs for branch
? Good communication skill and writing skill in Chinese and English
? Ability to prioritize and work under time pressure
? Good relationship management and communication skills and be capable of developing rapport with internal and external stakeholders (Gong An and regulators)
