NATURE & SCOPE职责属性和范围

- Provide support to all internal employees on technical issues, help troubleshooting and resolve technical problems

- Set up new Windows 10 (English) desktop or laptop machines for user, including creating new email accounts installing office software, maintaining the machines in the network in Windows domain and clearly training for user

- Set up and troubleshoot general office application

- Other new groups projects implementation including a VPN, Data security, and all IT related electric equipment, secure access system in the office

- Assets inventory management 固定资产管理

- LCS(上海金山) onsite support once a week

Requirements 招聘要求

- Bachelor in Computer Science or Electrical / Electronic Engineering

- At least 2 years IT work experience with hands on operation assignments

- Relevant working experience in the Local Area Network operations and technical support environment

- Must have strong and good hands-on knowledge and experience in the following: MS Active directory / LDAP, DNS / DHCP, Anti-virus / Worm, Personal Firewall

- Strong working experience in system administration MS Server

- Working experience with CISCO switches with VLAN support, WLAN technology, and router

- Working experience of international company is preferred

- Certification in the following MSCE and CCNA will be an advantage

- Basic command of English and good communication skills
