Global Banking (GB)HSBC’s global capabilities and footprint allow our Global Banking teams to provide a single coverage point for multinational clients operating internationally. Offering vast expertise and local knowledge, especially in emerging markets, Global Banking products and services have been designed to meet the global financial needs of our clients, whatever and wherever they are. We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team. In this role, you will:
-Manage and develop a portfolio of NBFI client relationships in east China to assist team head to acheive revenue targets
-Evaluate the portfolio clients' financial risks and performance to maintain high level of credit quality
-Build effective client relationships, develop and increase HSBC's wallet share of the clients' financial services needs
-Work collectively with product teams to identify opportunities, structure solutions and execute solutions
-Coordinate with other bank colleagues both locally and overseas to deliver seamless worldwide service to clients
-From time to time, backup/assist other Relationship Managers in the team
-Maintain highest standards of FCC risk management
-Other usual GB RM/RM support requirements
职位要求：
To be successful in the role, you should meet the following requirements:
-Bachelor degree or above
-2-5 years' relevant experience as RM/RM support
-Proven track record of the ability to drive new business initiatives by pulling in the Bank's resources effectively
-Proven track record of quality contribution to drive event deals
-Good portfolio management skills and good knowledge of banking products and procedures
-Good understanding of risk management and risk mitigation
-Good command of problem solving, (verbal and written) presentation skill and communication skill.
-Good credit skill, able to identify risk and propose mitigates in the solutions provided to clients.
-Good possession of strategic view
-Good client service experience with a strong sense of accountability and integrity
strong sales oriented, self-motivated and driven
-Able to work under pressure
