About the Role

We are seeking someone who is a self starter, highly organized, and possesses a strong attention to detail. The candidate will use our proprietary billing system to complete the billing, payment and collections process from our Members, in addition to issuing tax invoices. Strong coordination with internal team members and external Members and vendors is key. Come grow with us!

Role and Responsibilities

？ Responsible for performing billing and collections for multiple WeWork locations in Shanghai

？ Must be well-organized in tracking details on Members, and able to work independently

？ Able to communicate effectively via email and phone with Members, staff, and external vendors

？ Dynamic candidate who can pick up tasks and learn software quickly, and asks good questions

？ Using internal software to apply discounts, edit invoices, answering Billing tickets

？ Coordinating w/ Treasury on Member refunds, and payment receipts, particularly incoming FCY payments

？ Pushing urgent payment collections from Members

？ Ability to review legal contracts, invoices and payments on accounts and exercise sound judgement in resolving billing discrepancies w/ Members

？ Issuing Fapiao, coordinating w/ Community teams, and helping on home tax requirements

？ Liaison between internal stakeholders and our Shared service team

Qualifications

？ Speaking English and Mandarin is a must

？ Bachelor degree or above

？ High Attention to detail

？ Familiarity with Google Software and MS Office

？ Good communication skill
