Proposition and Planning Manager Rural Banking HSBC China -（职位编号：0000D9H3）

The key functions of Rural Banking (RRB) are to contribute to the organic growth of HSBC in China by formulating and implementing the rural banking strategy
ensure all aspects of the rural banking business are managed robustly to achieve maximum profits commensurate with the best interest of the Group, with a vision to build China’s leading rural bank in chosen customer segments and geographies, delivering sustainable growth and profitability. Through our demonstrated business success, we will contribute to the development of China’s rural economy, institutions and people and act as a role model for other rural financial institutions.
We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team.
In this role, you will:
Responsible for customer and product propositions, sales strategy and project management, covering
1.Conduct industry research, market intelligence and competitor analysis, identify industry and market trends, and determine customer and product propositions for Rural Banks
2.Provide strategy paper and market intelligence to all internal stakeholders
3.Project managing business priorities and coordinate cross-functionally until its full implementation
4.Support the strategic planning process for Rural Banking including implementation
5.Coordinate all relevant Rural Banking teams and support strategic projects
6.Support market campaigns in terms of articulating proposition, formulating detailed plan and identifying distribution channels
7.Maintain a sound relationship with strategic partners inside and outside HSBC
职位要求：
To be successful in the role, you should meet the following requirements:
- Bachelor degree with 8-10 years of bank working experience
- Strong project management skills to achieve mid- to long- term project target within pre-defined timeline
- Ability to use strong judgmental skills to identify and resolve problems whilst maintaining budgets, time scales and quality of output
- Ability to work cross-functionally and apply strong interpersonal and influencing skills
- Experience of managing resources to achieve objectives using appropriate communication delegation and planning skills
