We are currently seeking an experienced
professional to join our team.
In this role, you will: ??????????????????
Manage the resource of the test department and coordinate between China projects for resource allocation
Coordinate with application development/test teams for test environment setup and test execution
Be responsible for the test process buildup for China projects
Be responsible for the assigned project front-to-end test design, including functional and non-functional
Be responsible for the coverage and traceability of the test case design against the requirements
Be responsible for the owner and designer of the project test strategy and test plan
Manage the overall test progress and improve the efficiency of the test execution
Be responsible for the SIT exit/UAT entrance criteria and provide overall SIT signoff
Hold the regular test meetings with stakeholders to track the overall test status and responsible for the UAT signoffs
Manage the overall execution progress and the defect fix progress to ensure the project delivery
Publish the test summary report for lesson and learn
Design and build the automation test framework, including functional and non-functional
Involve in the requirement analysis and responsible for the reviewer of the test case design
Keep tracking with the latest technology updates and improve the test tooling and process accordingly.

To be successful in the role, you should meet the following requirements:?

?1.Minimum of 10 years of Professional experience, preferably at a major management consulting firm or financial institution.
2.Technical background. Hands on experience in either programming, system testing, supporting or IT system architect/leads. Be able to communicate with Dev team smoothly, e.g. familiar with common technical jargons, terms etc.
3.Knowledge of the financial services industry
preferably in an investment bank with IT background with sales or trading, finance, operations
4.With intensive technical exposure of banking and distributed systems. It's plus if having experiences with vendor solutions widely used in industry, such as Summit, Calypso, FIX,etc.
5.Excellent verbal and written skill with ability to create high quality written products that are comprehensive, accurate, and tailored to the audience
6.Outstanding interpersonal skills. Ability to work effectively with all levels of the organization with excellent influencing and negotiation skills
7.Strong analytic and problem solving/process improvement skills
ability to learn quickly and solve problems.
8.Strong organizational skills and an ability to manage multiple demands and changing priorities.
9.Overall experience in hands-on project management, specifically in information technology-related projects essential, and preferably supporting financial services businesses.
10.Solid understanding of the Project Lifecycle (PLC) , System Development Lifecycle (SDLC) components, Agile project management , and knowledge of DevOps
11.MS-Project, MS Excel, and general MS-Office skills essential.
12.Self motivated and team player.
