Senior Audit Manager HSBC China -（职位编号：0000DHWD）
Internal Audit (IAD)
Group Internal Audit provides independent assurance to management and the Risk and Audit Committees that HSBC’s risk management, governance and internal control processes are designed appropriately and are operating effectively.
We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team.
In this role, you will: - Plan, lead, manage and participate a broad range of risk based theme audits, governance audit, regulatory audits, etc. relating to credit risk
- Apply risk based auditing techniques to ensure the effective planning and execution of complex audit assignments, identify the root causes of issues and produce high quality audit reports containing pragmatic recommendations
-Lead and develop an effective audit team by coaching, guiding and mentoring colleagues as appropriate and ensure that the results of the work and ad hoc assignments performed by the team meets the expectations of audit and business management and the regulators
- Maintain consistent interaction and strong engagement with businesses and other stakeholders
-Champion and embed best practice management and administrative procedures in own area
-Maintain HSBC internal control standards, implement and observe Group Compliance Policy and maintain awareness of operational risk
-Collaborate with the Global and Regional Audit Team by utilising knowledge of both the country and the applicable governance, risk and regulatory frameworks as and when required.

To be successful in the role, you should meet the following requirements:-A high level of professional integrity and independence is expected. -Educated to degree level plus relevant professional qualifications.-In the region of ten years of management, auditing or consultancy experience within the financial service industry. Relevant overseas working experience is preferred.-Detailed knowledge of risk management and internal audit practice-In-depth knowledge of the financial service industry, especially in risk management-Excellent interpersonal, presentation, verbal and written communication skills-Willingness to travel abroad.
