Youwill be providing administrative support to the Head of global ProductDevelopment of PM-D R&D, located in Shanghai. Your tasks includeproactively planning and execution on all administrative and supportive needs:Screening e-mails, organizing business meetings and travels and events eitherin Shanghai or off-site. You will consolidate reports/presentations/ from hisdirect reports to support him. In this role, you are comfortable to work in aglobal environment and network of other assistants from Germany and Asia.Additionally (40%), you will be supporting R&D department withadministrative tasks.

 

• Experience as anassistant for a senior management role in an international environment
• Familiar andconfident with electronic tools:  Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook,SAP
• Fluent in Englishand Chinese (Mandarin)
• Flexible, mature,discrete
• Needs to workwell in a team, is self-motivated, proactive and independent
• Able to workunder pressure and deal with multiple tasks and demands simultaneously
