Duties and Responsibilities

1. Arrange and implement annual recruitment plan in a monthly base.

2. Recruit qualified employees by conducting various stages of selections.

3. Screen the applications, score tests, conduct interviews and recommend suitable short-list candidates to the line managers in compliance with Corporate policies & procedures:

--- Search and develop new recruiting channels within budget.

--- Communicate with line managers to update recruiting requirements.

--- Develop a pool of potential candidates, balancing both quality and quantity.

4. Establish and maintain contacts with sources of employment such as headhunting , talent market and related internet recruiting companies.

5. Finish and prepare regular report by monthly, including turnover, fulfillment and relevant reports.

6. Draft recruitment advertisement and contact advertising agency.

7. Other tasks assigned by recruitment manager.

Personal Qualities&Qualifications

1. Graduate from college or above, good command of Chinese and English writing skills.

2. At least 5 years’ relevant working experience.

3. Familiar with Labor Law and other regulations about employment management. Relevant experience on recruitment.

4. Proactive, taking prompt action to accomplish objectives.

5. People orientated with good communication skill.

6. Good team player, developing and using collaborative relationships to accomplish.
