职位描述：

l Collect and update information from the timeclocks.

l  Generateand distribute exception reports to supervisors on a daily basis and updatechanges in the database.

l  Maintainand verify punch detail reports and time sheets on a weekly basis.

l  Verify timerecords prior to transmittal to ADP for check printing.

l  Generatereports upon demand for external auditors, and various areas of management.

l  Completevarious labor statistic reports as requested.

l  Independentlymanages the entire time tracking function.

l  Inputsemployee personal data into HRIS database.

l  Processesvarious forms related to documenting human resources activities such asnew-hire, change-of-status, perform   anceevaluations, benefits, terminations, etc.

职位要求：

l Bachelor’s degree

l Minimum of 1+ years previous experience inpayroll

l Attention to detail and accuracy

l Good communication skills, both written andorall Good organizational skills

l Ability to maintain confidential information
