Clinical Trial Associate

Assist in preparing/update dinical trial related tracking/ slides;

Organize Clinical Operations department meeting/teleconference, write meeting minutes, if required

Assist in clinical trial relat shipment, contract signature and all the administrative work

Responsible for project-related communication and operation with company finance.

To be responsible for the application of drugs and insurance related to the project with the relevant departments of the company

Organizing various kinds of investigator meetings and coordinating were the work of conference affairs

Assist in sorting out and archiving documents related to clinical trials

Retrieval of medical Iterature

Translaton of basic documents related to medical or chinical trials

Majored on Medical pharmacological/ Nursing/Science is desirable

1-2 years expenence as CI ACRC Medical assistant /study nurse is preferred

Fluent in English

Excellent organizational skills and ability to prioritize and multi task.
