2.Perform recruitment, selection, interview, and offer.

3.Conduct pre-employment testing and resume screening work.

4.Make full use of various recruitment channels to meet company's talent needs.

5.Establish and improve the company's recruitment process and recruitment system.

6.Development of recruitment channels and assessment and review of channel effectiveness.

7.Vendor management.

8.Establish reserved talent selection plan and talent reservation mechanism.

9.Employer brand building.

Qualifications:

1.More than 5 years experience in HR region ,Experience in the FMCG industry is preferred.

2.English and HR related majors, bachelor degree or above.

3.Fluent in English skill.

4.Excellent teamwork spirit.

5.strong sense of business.
