Responsibilities：

· Collect and review invoices, billings and other supporting andverify it’s validity before booking for both Direct & Indirect purchase.

· Communicate with relevant process owner on related process specificproblems.

· Ensure correct cost allocation amount internal cost centers andrecord into system.

· Keep track of invoice due dates and arrange proper payment scheduleand for timely and correctly payments.

· Employee expense reimbursement detail checking and booking.

· I/C reconciliation at month end.

· Responsible for AP related accounts monthly reconciliation

· Tax supporting

· Finance entry & documents filing

· Participate and at times lead projects for process optimization andsystem enhancement

· External & internal audit support

· Other work assigned by supervisor/Manager

 

JOBREQUIREMENTS:

· Good English in writing and speaking, Proficiency with MS officeproducts especially EXCEL.

· Related to practice experience is preferred.

· SAP experience is preferred.

· Strong responsibility, Ownership sense, team-work spirit, smart andquick-learner

· Strong problem solving and business analysis skills, attention todetails

· Strong capability to work under pressure, and be sufficient detailand careful
