1/ Procurement Business Partnering activity for Operations 

Liaise between category management and site stakeholders to promote IGS value, support BU budgeting, facilitate understanding of BU needs in category teams, and solicit buy-in to category strategies and projects.

Collaborate with category management teams to develop and execute sourcing projects and drive local implementation and value realization of global and regional projects

Secure adequate project implementation resources in BU, manage or monitor project implementation, develop corrections actions with category teams if required

Ensure that risk management and compliance standards are rigorously applied in the BU.

Lead issue resolution activities and develop corrections actions with category teams if required

2/ Lean transformation role - the lead Procurement role in the Methods/operations Improvement Initiative 

Propose some initiatives on site, acting as an independent expert, to drive some local / regional initiatives on the sites the supplier will be working for.

Cascade the strategies to the local or regional sites the supplier will be appointed for. For this, the supplier might need to establish local discussions and present the status on monthly basis.

3/ Tool Vending management 

Insure that the deployment of the consumables and tools in the vending machines is according to the local/regional/global strategies.

Monitor the vending machines usage into the sites the supplier will be appointed for.

Commercial Milestones:

The supplier will organize, on a quarterly basis a presentation of the achievements to the Head of Procurement Business Partners for the sites he will be appointed for. 

This presentation should, at minimum, give the visibility on the following elements:

- Evidences on Strategy deployment to the sites stakeholders, understanding that the Supplier will be in regular contact with the Regional category network from Bombardier to understand applicability of the strategies on the site he will be appointed to.
