职位描述

Job Title: Senior Finance analyst - China

Reporting: Solid line to Asia Finance Manager

Function: Finance role based out of Shanghai, China

Role Summary & Purpose :

As Finance professional, lead the controllership activities in China.

Controllership .

Responsible for all the controllership matters in China legal entities and operations processes across the business

and ensure local statutory compliance and reporting. Drive Financial Control and compliance to organizational

policies & procedures and local stat and tax regulations.

Essential Responsibilities:

Responsible for the monthly closing/reporting and review all closing activities like, Sub-ledger closure, GL

control etc.

Submission of monthly estimates and analysis, ad hoc Risks/Opportunities submission based on HQ

requests

Lead and co-ordinate for all the tax related filing requirements, like VAT refund filing and transfer pricing

filing.

Review Account reconciliation periodically as prepared by shared services team and ensure good financial

hygiene

Review the new vendor set up process and AP payments on GEMS system

Oversee travel and employee reimbursement processes managed by third party tool (Concur).

Lead responsibility for financial supports of the local operations, including FirstBuild Shanghai, and two

offices in Shanghai and Guangzhou.

Qualifications/Requirements:

+ 5 years of experience with Multinational Corporation, Controllership and/or FP&A experience is an

advantage.

Bachelor degree in accounting or finance or related filed

Strong knowledge of financial accounting, and basics on tax filing

Fluent spoken English

Good working knowledge of SAP

Quick Learner, Team player, Strong Analytical Skills, Good communication skills, Good Interpersonal Skills

and ability to work with cross-cultural & cross-functional teams
