Retail Banking and Wealth Management

Retail Banking and Wealth Management leverages HSBC’s global retail banking expertise and wealth management capabilities to deliver a broad range of world-class retail banking solutions to millions of customers. Driving for growth in key markets around the world, the business comprises areas such as retail banking, wealth management, insurance and asset management, with a focus on customer-centric propositions and innovative and efficient distribution channels that will differentiate our customer experience and deliver market leading retail banking and wealth management solutions.

We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join this team in the role of Business Management (Incentive&Planning) Assistant.

In this role, you will:

Assist to develop and design HBCN RBWM Incentive Scheme and Tactical Campaigns.

Assist to review/back test incentive scheme and other campaigns.

Deliver sales incentive result periodically.

Assist to translate ROP target to more executable sales target via various target models.

Contribute to development/maintenance of EIM system

Complete ad –hoc tasks on incentive, performance related data collection and analysis.

To be successful in the role, you should meet the following requirements:

·Bachelor degree hold (recognized by the state)

·Previous working experience in banking business management planning is preferred.

·Analytical and be able to work independently.

·Good interpersonal and communication skills

·Detail oriented and strong problem solving skills.

·Strong self motivation, can work under pressure.

·Excellent PC skills, especially on Excel, Access and PPT.

·Fluent in both written and verbal English.
