Senior Digital Partnership Program Manager,Retail Banking and Wealth Management HSBC China -（职位编号：0000CATF）

We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team.
In this role, you will: Work closely with the Head of Partnership, to drive the execution of the Digital roadmap with business partners until deployed and project budgets are closely monitored and tracked from technology perspective
-Establish and operate an agreed model for definition and delivery with RBWM Digital Centre of Excellence to ensure successful change and implementation across impacted areas for all projects.
-Lead team of experienced project managers and business analysts driving end-to-end management of complex projects, providing leadership across Group businesses, across sites, and across impacted support areas to achieve the change objectives
-Support the creation and communication of portfolio reporting including status of projects, risks, budgets and resources.
-Management of all aspects of project delivery and tracking of benefits in line with Partnership initiative
-Identify problems and implements solutions, making decisions based on sound rational judgement
-Influence and collaborate with stakeholders and business partners, building strong relationships to drive agreement and actively deliver change outcomes
-Actively manage and co-ordinate the programme roadmap, handling changes as they arise and keeping stakeholders focused on the agreed change outcomes and benefits
-Promote the value of challenging the status quo, seeking to improve ways of working and having a forward-thinking mind-set

To be successful in the role, you should meet the following requirements
-Proven partner program management outcomes from idea to launching programs in multiple contexts and global organization is required with a specific focus on digital solutions
-Strong program management experience with scoping, estimating, documenting project plans, leading teams during project execution, communicating project status, evaluating and mitigating risks
-High level of drive and motivation with strong business acumen and experience in the commercial partnership aspects of emerging technologies
-Possess start-up mentality to foster agile ways of working through cross-functional teams
-Strong analytical and problem-solving skills coupled with collaboration, negotiation and engagement skills, capable of establishing credibility with a range of internal and external stakeholders
-Excellent knowledge of the external environment, for example, regulatory, political, competitors
-Energetic, positive attitude and team player, with a strong appreciation of different cultures
-Fluency in English is mandatory and proficiency in Mandarin would be an advantages but not a must
