in the SME market. From setting up a new business to managing the cash and
trade flows of an established enterprise, the Business Banking team of Relationship
Managers and Business Specialists provides a range of end-to-end solutions designed
to help small and large businesses reach their potential.

We are currently seeking an experienced
professional to join our team.
In this role, you will:
-?To
actively call on target companies to promote the bank’s profile, cross sell
commercial banking relevant products and services, in particular loan, trade
and deposit, reporting results
-To grow
and drive the BB lending portfolio and maximize the return for the bank
-To achieve
sales target agreed with line manager
-To
coach/enhance junior team members' credit skills
-To provide
regular feedback on market developments and competitor activity
-To ensure
strict compliance with internal and external guidelines and regulations
-To ensure
compliance with standard customer service turnaround time

职位要求：
To be successful in the role,
you should meet the following requirements:
-??University
graduate or above with 5+ years of financial services experience, preferably in
a corporate banking environment
-General
understanding of the banking industry to be acquired from at least 4 years of
general banking experience
-Competence
in credit analysis to be acquired from at least 3 years of experience in credit
-Good communication,
presentation and influencing skills
-Good
command of written and spoken English
