We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team.
In this role, you will:
-Manage overall China digital partnership teams to identify, develop and execute digital partnership initiatives
-Ensure alignment of China partnership teams with internal near- and long-term objectives and KPIs as well as external partner's expectations and speed
-Get necessary alignment and support with wider Digital / RBWM / Group senior management at regional and global levels
-Collaborate with different business lines to understand their market propositions and define opportunities for the overall group
职位要求：
To be successful in the role, you should meet the following requirements
-Master degree or equivalent preferable
-15+ years of experience of business development, strategic planning, or consulting, preferable in China market
-In depth experience of defining digital ecosystems or partnerships (either within financial services industry or other industry, preferably with a large digital component, or start-up style companies). Candidates with non-financial services backgrounds will need to explain how their experience can benefit banking industry. Candidates will be expected to have a track record of successfully delivering tangible improvements through user led design, prototyping, working in Agile environment
-Strong thought leadership and creativity to proactively propose new business opportunities and resolve issues
-Ability to effectively influence and communicate across various business lines and units and at senior levels within the organisation. Excellent at navigating differences of opinions. Experience in developing and executing customer facing and staff facing communication
-Extensive knowledge in digital banking and Fintech trend & landscape, and understand how the emerging technology impacts the current and next generation of financial service
-Extensive experience with the range of business development activities including identifying opportunities and developing business cases, defining product or service requirements, engaging a wide range of functional experts to agree deployment approach, project execution, launch, and post launch performance measurement and management
-Exposure to projects that touch a range of technical platforms (digital, mainframe, server based etc.)
-Experience in global or regional roles, working effectively to deliver targets in a large, matrix organisation
-Competent with project planning and reporting
-Speak and write fluent English and Mandarin
-Demonstrates flexibly when addressing shifting or competing priorities
-Proven ability to influence large teams with direct leadership authority
-Proven ability to manage third parties
-Able to share responsibility for key decision making with a team, while accepting responsibility to drive internal decision-making processes
-Strong analytical and presentation skills
-Energetic, positive attitude and team player
-A flexible approach to work and working hours. Willingness to travel (internationally)
