Duties and Responsibilities 工作职责

1. Handling buk-purchase allocation and communicate to ordering. Ensure stores are allocated right quantity and arrive to store in time;

2. Communicate and coordinate with regional &HO supply / Trading/ DC manager and Operation to meet on shelf availability. Also keep balance of inventory;

3. Tracking for promotion item sales performance & inventory &week cover& sell-thru%;

4. Offer tracking report for clearance of high inventory/free gift/cvw/AMD item to Operation team;

5. Analysis of high inventory store/item to make IST;

6. Tracking RTW/RTV process;

7. Prepare Report for Management.

Personal Qualities&Qualifications 个性品质及任职资格

1. More than 2 years working experience in retail trade;

2. Good communication, having enough patience;

3. Be conscientious, well-organized and result-oriented, ability to take quick action;

4. Proficiency in Office system, especial to Excel for analyzing report;

5. Be sensible to data and analysis.

6. Bachelor degree or above;
