职位描述

1.Business and Talent strategy Delivers the talent processes to implement Global and Region talent strategies in the Cluster/Country.

Works with HR Business Partners (HRBPs) and line managers to gain insight into the short/mid/long term business needs and current talent challenges.

Provides feedback to Region Talent Head and Cluster Talent Leads, based on insights gained, to inform future strategy and programs.

Identifies best talent both internally and externally with an integrated talent approach, combining both talent management and talent acquisition functions.

2. Talent processes Educates the business on the Talent function, coaching and influencing line managers to use standard processes, e.g. performance management, succession planning, talent review.

Works closely with HRBPs, coaching and supporting them to confidently use the Talent tools with their business leader

Champions talent tools and processes to employees (e.g. Talent Profiles, PDPs, etc.) and actively uses Talent Identification Process (TIP) and assessment program outcomes to identify internal talent for career opportunities and global mobility.

3. Internal talent Uses Talent Identification Process (TIP) outcomes to identify internal ABB talent pools to ensure internal career and development opportunities are promoted.

Acts as an internal talent broker and change agent to facilitate cross-organizational moves.

Prepares lists of potential internal candidates and initiates discussions with current line managers.

Conducts assessments for selection and development and gives post-event feedback and coaching to candidates.

Supports managers and HRBPs in identifying career and development activities for employees.

4. Talent acquisition Responsible for delivery of talent processes including support for the recruitment process following position approval.

Manages recruitment campaigns, working directly with hiring managers to understand the requirements, and decides on the appropriate sourcing solution. Uses data-based evidence to address hiring manager expectations about the labor market and recruiting process.

Ensures quality and approves job postings and adverts.

Creates shortlists of candidates and conducts interviews and assessments with hiring manager.

Provides feedback and coaching to the interviewed/assessed internal/external candidates in accordance with local practice and legislation

Concludes the selection process with the manager and the candidate, including offer negotiations and closing the vacancy once the job offer is accepted.

Effectively partners with the GBS team to ensure all administration and coordination with candidates/hiring managers run smoothly and efficiently (job posting, candidate scheduling, job offer processing, reference checks, etc.).

Responsible for search within internal ABB talent pools and external talent pools to ensure internal career and development opportunities.

Liaises with recruitment firms as required, ensuring that they have been provided with appropriate job briefs, and are fulfilling the requirements.

5. Talent process improvements Recommends continuous improvement to practices, processes, and policies to advance the Talent function.

Contributes to the design and development of new talent solutions, both global and country/cluster-specific, and assists in their implementation.

Recommends changes to system functionality and supports systems implementation/upgrade in area of talent.

Leads implementation of changes to talent tools and processes in the Country/Cluster.

6. Compliance & Safety Ensures compliance with local legislation and HR policies, and adherence to OHS and compliance standards in all areas of responsibility.
