Retail Banking and Wealth Management (RBWM)

Retail Banking and Wealth Management leverages HSBC’s global retail banking expertise and wealth management capabilities to deliver a broad range of world-class retail banking solutions to millions of customers. Driving for growth in key markets around the world, the business comprises areas such as retail banking, wealth management, insurance and asset management, with a focus on customer-centric propositions and innovative and efficient distribution channels that will differentiate our customer experience and deliver market leading retail banking and wealth management solutions.

We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team.

In this role, you will:

-Explore relationships to develop third party partnerships and sales activities for leads acquisition and thus contribute to the achievement of HP/Advance customer growth.

-Plan and monitor sales activities and leads acquisition against performance targets, analyses resource requirements, propose and implement measures to increase productivity and profitability up to target.

-Implement initiatives in channel development, and planning, preparation and organization of sales activities so as to ensure the high quality and cost effectiveness of leads acquisition.

-Implement RBWM plan including channel structure, sales goals, manage the channel cost to income ration in alignment with group direction.

-Manage the channel cost and expenses, ensure strong relationship with all business partners.

-Contribute to developing business strategy through cost control income generating ideas.

-Assist Senior CDM to ensure the achievement of HP/Advance customer acquisition strategic and operating objectives, including annual sales targets and business profitability.

-Maintain sales quality ratio within prescribed levels.

-Ensuring development of new and existing customer relationships.

-Manage partner relationship

-Ensures the achievement of high sales quality standards

-Monitor and act upon customer feedbacks

-Foster a close working relationship with branch network and other sales teams, business and functional departments to maximize business opportunities for the Bank.

-Deliver fair outcomes for our customers and ensure own conduct maintains the orderly and transparent operation of financial markets

Qualifications

To be successful in the role, you should meet the following requirements:
-Proven ability in mobile sales
-Current product/market knowledge
-Excellent customer service skills
-Managerial experience
-At least 3 years’ experience in supervisory role of sales function
-Excellent interpersonal, leadership and motivation skills
-Strong sales and organization ability and problem solving skills
-Result driven and able to work under pressure
-Good spoken and written English
