2. 对业务团队进行daily或定期的不同规模指导和培训，起到财务与业务团队之间的桥梁作用
3. 出具不同类别的财务分析报告, 对比预算和实际成本, 找到原因并解释差异. 从财务内角度把控财务数据的合规性及准确性

1. 财务专业最优，具有财务/分析知识及相关经验者优先
2. 具有一定的英语读，写基础；具有一定的办公软件运用基础：包括EXCEL, WORD, PPT等
3. 北京在校本科或研究生；非北京院校，但处于课程空档期并可长期居住北京的在校生
4. 实习期连续4-5个月以上，每周4-5天，可立即入职
