Regulatory Execution Group

Regulatory Execution Group (REG) is to be the second level support to handle complex, material regulatory changes and regulatory statistics request which require significant cross-functional collaboration.

We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team.

In this role, you will:

-Support the team leader to ensure actively drive the execution of complex regulatory change initiative that require significant cross functional collaboration;

-Arrange meetings/conference calls to push forward the regulation implementation and understand the key gaps identified;

-Support the team leader to prepare monthly REX meeting material/meeting minutes;

-Escalate to REXSC meeting for any irresolvable issue or compliance risk arising;

-Backup other team members where necessary.

Qualifications

To be successful in the role, you should meet the following requirements:
-Bachelor degree (recognized by the state) or above, with minimum 5 years' work experience in banking industry
-Good at MS office software (Excel)
-Adaptable with strong ability to cope with change and uncertainty
-Demonstrated team coordination capability and team-work spirit;
-Strong communication and negotiation skills
-Pro-active and high motivated to meet tight deadline
