Commercial Banking (CMB)

HSBC Commercial Banking serves millions of small, medium-sized and middle-market enterprises, providing commercial customers with a full range of banking services including multi-currency business accounts, payments and cash management, wealth management and insurance and global trade and receivables finance, as well as a comprehensive range of financing solutions. With dedicated Relationship Managers and Business Specialists providing local support and advice in over 60 countries and territories, HSBC helps customers make the most of opportunities for their businesses.

We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team.
In this role, you will:

Manage regional manager’s schedule and provide logistics assistance;
· Assist the regional manager in conveying key massages to staff;
· Assist the regional manager in returning massage to senior management or other department by necessary information consolidation or collection;
· Assist regional sales manager in coordinating external sales activities;
· Contribute to internal sales campaign execution by generating sales performance ranking or other related reports;
· Coordinate internal staff engagement activities at regional level;
· Maintain HSBC internal control standards, implement and observe Group Compliance Policy and maintain awareness of operational risk and minimize the likelihood of it occurring.

Qualifications

To be successful in the role, you should meet the following requirements:

· Relevant university degree or equivalent professional qualifications;
· 1 to 2 years working experience in general banking;
· Strong interpersonal and communication skills;
· Good written and spoken English skills;
· Good with MS Office and PPT
· Strong organizational and analytical skills; with the ability to prioritize workload
· Ability to cope with pressure and tight deadlines
· Self-motivation and able to work with good level of independency.
