Retail Banking and Wealth Management (RBWM)
Retail Banking and Wealth Management leverages HSBC’s global retail banking expertise and wealth management capabilities to deliver a broad range of world-class retail banking solutions to millions of customers. Driving for growth in key markets around the world, the business comprises areas such as retail banking, wealth management, insurance and asset management, with a focus on customer-centric propositions and innovative and efficient distribution channels that will differentiate our customer experience and deliver market leading retail banking and wealth management solutions.

We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team.

In this role, you will:
The Assistant Digital Communication Manager has dual responsibilities to:
1) Ensure the Business operates within the Group Operations Rish framework standards and act as the first line of defence capacity whilst helping the rest of the digital team to optimize existing digital assets; and
2) Monitor and manage on-line customer experience and help increase adoption of the service and the usage.
In addition, the role will also need to be responsible for:
1. Coordinating and researching in to customer complaints received from frontline staff.
2. Manager and coordinate with Custome Communications.
3. SMS Messaging
The role also has a responsibility to establish excellent working relationships across Group, Region and within market.

Qualifications

To be successful in the role, you should meet the following requirements:
1 Very strong analytical ability and problem solving skills - excellent attention to detail and the ability to see things through to completion. The ability to quickly understand customer and operational considerations, e.g. risk.
2 High levels of resilience and self motivation – able to self manage and deliver to committed timescale.
3 Highly developed communication skills, both written and verbal, to explain complex or technical issues.
4 Awareness of User Centred Design methodology
5 Adaptive – the ability to approach things differently or do different things to deliver goals.
6 Experience of process improvement and LEAN thinking methodologies
7 The ability to make clear judgments based on a range of factors, e.g commercials, risk, customer experience; determine the implications and make recommendations as needed. Comfortable in identifying the data needed to justify decisions and presenting this accordingly
8 Good relationship management skills to satisfy a wide range of internal and external customers with conflicting priorities.
9 A strong team player – highly collaborative recognizing their specialized role in a larger programme of work and acknowledging other areas/individuals roles and responsibilities.
