Global Liquidity and Cash Management (GLCM)

HSBC is recognised as one of the top tier providers of Global Liquidity and Cash Management services in the Asia-Pacific region. As more corporate and institutional clients continue to consolidate their banking activities with the introduction of liquidity and cash management services, the potential growth of this business is substantial. Our customers view our regional client service proposition as a key element in deciding with whom to mandate their business.

We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team.

In this role, you will:

'- To work with CMB CS team for daily GLCM client service activities, explore cross-selling opportunity among existing GLCM clients to achieve annual target, and to grow the portfolio revenue which is aligning with GLCM ROP target.

- To establish solid relationship with GLCM top tier clients, handle all GLCM products and system related customers’ queries in a professional and effective manner on daily basis.

- To provide customized services to valued customers and help to resolve customers’ operational problems by coordinating with different business groups within the bank and overseas offices.

- To work with CMB CS team in GLCM portfolio management, driving for GLCM revenue growth by identifying new business opportunities when dealing with customers.

- To identify service gaps and escalate for resolution, contribute constructive suggestions and feedback to GLCM products enhancement and system development.

- To work with Client Service Manager conducting regular service review with top tier clients, to understand customers’ requirement and improve service level.

- To proactively notify customers on major system enhancement and changes in operation processing.

- To proactively update customers on major regulatory changes.

Qualifications

To be successful in the role, you should meet the following requirements:

- University degree, fluent in Mandarin and English, at least 6 years experience in banking sector with 4 years experience in areas involving direct contact with large/multinational customers with a demonstrated ability to project himself/herself well to customers.

- Besides 4 years of actual experience, the incumbent must exhibit an above-par discipline in managing an end-to-end customer service delivery portfolio.

- Experience of team management or project leading is preferred.
