Finance (FIN)

Global Finance aims to provide HSBC with a professional, effective and responsive finance service that operates at optimal cost and employs a common and transparent global model.

We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team.

In this role, you will:

UAT support for systems implementation (S18, HUB/FTP deployments etc..) at site level

Support onshore EUCs conversions for impact of S18 and IFRS 9 implementation

Support Q417 planned IFRS9 Dry Run readiness activities for accounting and disclosures

Other potential areas where the resource could help support (effort and timing may vary by site):

Document Site level variance to Controls and SOX global IFRS 9 process as required

Monthly parallel runs readiness and implementation activities as required

Finance related process changes/ data remediation activities as required to support finance readiness

Qualifications

To be successful in the role, you should meet the following requirements:

• University graduate with above 8-10 year working experience in related field;

• Master in Microsoft Powerpoint, Excel and other Microsoft office tools;

• Profound knowledgeable of accounting standards, including IFRS, etc;

• Excellent in spoken and written English.

• CPA/ACCA/CIMA accounting qualification is preferred.
