Retail Banking and Wealth Management (RBWM)
Retail Banking and Wealth Management leverages HSBC’s global retail banking expertise and wealth management capabilities to deliver a broad range of world-class retail banking solutions to millions of customers. Driving for growth in key markets around the world, the business comprises areas such as retail banking, wealth management, insurance and asset management, with a focus on customer-centric propositions and innovative and efficient distribution channels that will differentiate our customer experience and deliver market leading retail banking and wealth management solutions.

We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team.

In this role, you will:
Lead Jiangmen & Yangjiang & Maoming & Zhanjiang & Yunfu cross-city branch network team, CD team, AO team and RM team to achieve goal on RBWM business development, including business channel development, staff management, sales managent, deposit base growth and WEM sales (in limited cities).
 By planning, implementing and communicating business objectives, guiding and directing subordinates in the branch’s sales and service activities.
 By closely working with other RBWM teams and business departments to ensure the S & S operations are effective and efficient
 By organizing customer retention activities, in-branch cross-selling campaigns and sourcing customer acquisition channels.
 By meeting Premier/Advance customer growth, retention and cross-sell targets via deepening & expanding HP portfolio; recommend/evaluate the lending proposal of the relationship account.
 By well motivating and leading the team to retain and grow the assigned portfolio target.
 By managing team to actively promote X-referral and GC outbound referral and meet the target.
 By managing and developing amicable relationship with target/HSBC Premier/Advance customers through frequent personal contact and coaching of the relationship management team performance.
 By demonstrating a high standard of professional service to all the customers with the team.
 By participating in, and encouraging the perpetuation of MFG initiatives, and providing reports of customer feedback of our service and sales offerings and processes.
 By organizing regular staff meetings to ensure effective communication is achieved.
 By providing guidance, counseling, identifying and arranging training needs.
 By identifying and nurturing potential candidates for future branch network expansion.
By delivering fair outcomes for our customers and ensure own conduct maintains the orderly and transparent operation of fi***cial markets.

Qualifications

To be successful in the role, you should meet the following requirements:
- Bachelor degree or above (recognized by the state);
- Good command of English;
- Self-motivated and teamwork;
- Strong sales and customer service skills;
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills;
- Could work under pressure.
