Retail Banking and Wealth Management (RBWM)
Retail Banking and Wealth Management leverages HSBC’s global retail banking expertise and wealth management capabilities to deliver a broad range of world-class retail banking solutions to millions of customers. Driving for growth in key markets around the world, the business comprises areas such as retail banking, wealth management, insurance and asset management, with a focus on customer-centric propositions and innovative and efficient distribution channels that will differentiate our customer experience and deliver market leading retail banking and wealth management solutions.

We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team.

In this role, you will:

1. Lead strategic projects for China Credit Card and Personal Loan projects, including strategy development, solution formulization, requirement analysis and design.
2. Engage external and internal solution/system/data providers, drive end to end implementation on the solution to significantly improve the marketing, acquisition, and analytical capability for the Credit Card and Personal Loan business, especially on the "big-data" driven initiatives
3. Manage long term data strategy and architecture for the Credit Card and Personal Loan business
4. Deliver fair outcomes for our customers and ensure own conduct maintains the orderly and transparent operation of financial markets

Qualifications

To be successful in the role, you should meet the following requirements:

-University degree or above
- 5-10 years working experience of Financial Industry with solid track record in data integration, analytics, and project implementation
- Familiar with industry and market trend, sound knowledge and experience with various external data providers and aggregators, and associated implementation models
- Excellent communication, coordination, initiative driving, and cross function analytical skills
- Good level of English language ability
